PhD in Political Science (Iesp/UERJ), with senior postdoctoral studies (INCT-INEU/CNPq) and a master's degree in International Relations (PPGRI/UFF). She is the editor-in-chief of the United States Political Observatory (OPEU), a columnist for the Geopolitical Observatory/TV GGN and a contributor to the podcast Chutando a Escada. She was a visiting scholar at the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program (2012) at the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) and won the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Award for Best Master's Dissertation from the U.S. Embassy (2007). A journalist with a degree from UFRJ, she has worked as a reporter, press officer and writer for various media outlets. She is the author of the book Think tanks and their influence on US foreign policy.
