Lawyer and Public Law Consultant for over 20 years with experience in municipal and state public administration in the Office of the Secretary of State for Economic Development, Science, Technology and Innovation of São Paulo. He is a researcher at the Center for Applied Research in Artificial Intelligence Smart Cities (IARA/USP). PhD candidate in Social Sciences (International Relations and Development) at UNESP, he has Executive Education at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and the Blavatinik School of Government at the University of Oxford. Member of ASF-Brasil Advogados Sem Fronteiras. He received the Outstanding Public Leadership Award from CLP/Instituto República in 2018 and 2019.
