PhD and Master in Social Sciences (Unesp) in the line of research International Relations and Development from the Postgraduate Program in Social Sciences at Unesp. Professor of Sociology and Geography. He taught Political Theory and International Relations at Unesp. Editor-in-Chief of the magazine Mundo e Desenvolvimento and collaborator of the Institute of Economic and International Studies (Unesp). Author of the book “The World Bank and the National Water Resources Policy”.
Areas of activity: Political Science, Political Economy and Geopolitics. Researches environmental policies, water resources, energy and climate change.
